Assessment and therapy
What we offer
In response to funding cuts to the ASGSF, we have updated our assessment and therapy packages to include more flexible options that fit with current funding levels.
The majority of the therapy or assessment work with families listed below should be funded through the ASGSF. However, we can accept self funded applications – see below for options. Once you’ve decided on an assessment and therapy package, your social worker will need to complete a referral form.

Combined Assessment and Treatment Package
Cost: £3000
What it includes:
Background history review, psychological questionnaires, OT and health screening, parent consultation, report, 5 x 1 hour therapy sessions, 1 x 1.5 hour parent session.
Funding Source: ASGSF
Full Specialist Assessment
Cost: £2500
What it includes:
Background history review, psychological questionnaires, OT and health screening, Pre assessment call, in person 2.5 hour assessment session (story stems, social atom, child attachment interview, Theraplay MIM), parent consultation, report
Funding Sources: ASGSF, Local Authority, EHCP, Self Funded
NPP treatment package
Cost: £3000
What it includes:
Bespoke packages of 1 hour, 1.5 hour , 2 hour sessions
Sessions can include NPP therapy, SI Therapy, Theraplay, DDP, Parenting Support, EMDR, TSLW
Funding Source: ASGSF
Enhanced NPP treatment package
What it includes:
Bespoke packages of 1 hour, 1.5 hour, 2 hour sessions. Due to need, session rates are higher than the £3000 Fair Access Limit and will need to be topped up by other funding sources.
Sessions can include NPP therapy, SI Therapy, Theraplay, DDP, Parenting Support, EMDR, TSLW
Funding Sources: A combination of ASGSF, Local Authority, EHCP, Self Funding
Combined multi disciplinary assessment and Trauma-informed Autism Assessment
Cost: £4500
What it includes:
MDA Assessment: Background history review, psychological questionnaires, OT and health screening, Pre assessment call, in person 2.5 hour assessment session (story stems, social atom, child attachment interview, Theraplay MIM), parent consultation, report
TAA Assessment: ADOS, ADIR, School Interview, report. This assessment can provide a diagnosis.
Funding Sources: Local Authority, EHCP, Self Funded
Trauma Informed Sensory Integration Assessment
Cost: £2600
What it includes: 1 pre assessment call, 2 x 2 hour assessment sessions, psychometrics, 1 post assessment call, report and sensory diet.

Sibling Together and Apart Assessments
Cost: Available on request
What it includes: Assessment of family’s need with a focus on the sibling relationship
Funding Sources: Local Authority, EHCP, Self Funded
Court Assessments
Cost: Available on request
What it includes: a bespoke assessment package that can include a general assessment of the child and family, Together Apart Assessments, Parenting Capacity Assessments, Assessment of contact

Self Funding Only
Screening Assessment – Psychometrics only
Cost: £500
What it includes: psychological questionnaires, OT and health screening
Screening Assessment and Analysis – full assessment
Cost: £1000
What it includes: Background history review, Background history review, psychological questionnaires, OT and health screening, parent consultation, report
Initial Family Session
Cost: £500
What it includes: This is an initial in person session to get to know you and your child more. In this session we will do a range of assessing activities including Theraplay MIMs, Social Atom, Story Stems, Child Attachment Interview
Parent Consultation and Summary Report
Cost £ 500
What it includes: 2 hour consultation (online or in person) + report
Fortnightly year of NPP intervention
Session rate: £360 for 2 hour session, £720 for 4 hour session
Fortnightly year of NPP intervention for families with high risk, complex needs, with 2 therapists
Session rate: £720 for 2 hour session, £1440 for 4 hour session
