What is emotional and mental health?
Emotional and mental health includes a broad spectrum of emotional, psychological, and social states that influence our thinking, feelings, and actions.
These include navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, stress, and difficulties in managing emotions or relationships, all of which can significantly impact daily life.
How we can help your child
