About me

I am an experienced Dance Movement Psychotherapist. This means I know that there is a really strong and important connection between what happens in the mind and what happens in the body. It also means I understand that sometimes really important things can't be put into words, and sometimes we all need to use some creativity and play to properly realise and express how we are really feeling. I am passionate about helping children and young people explore the good and the trickier sides of life, think about what is difficult for them, and how they can find ways to feel happier, safer, and stronger.
