About me
I have been a qualified therapist since 2015 and joined Family Futures’ Complex Trauma Service in 2023. Prior to coming to Family Futures I worked therapeutically in a number of settings but principally running counselling services in primary and secondary schools supporting children and young people with a wide range of complex social, emotional, psychological and neurodevelopmental needs often accompanied by experiences of trauma, such as domestic violence, parental mental ill-health and substance abuse. I have worked with children and young people from diverse ethnic, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, reflective of the typical demographics of London mainstream schools.
Prior to becoming a therapist I worked in the human rights field for many years.
