About me

I am a UKCP-registered Integrative Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist. I trained at the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE) where I learned about the power of using the creative arts and play to show one’s internal world and express one’s intricate emotional experience. I have experience working with anxiety, low mood, low self-esteem, attachment difficulties, sleep problems, difficulties with school, neurodiversity and developmental trauma. I use the creative arts, body-based interventions, talking and play to build a solid therapeutic alliance, to explore thoughts and feelings and to support my clients and their families. My integrative stance allows me to meet the individual needs of each client with flexibility and sensitivity. I joined Family Futures in 2020 and prior to joining, I worked as a psychotherapist in primary schools and private practice.
