You can pay by card, or by purchase order. If you're paying by purchase order, please have your purchase order number to hand when you book.

Family Futures is VAT-exempt, so VAT is not charged on any of our training courses.

- We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £25 per cancellation.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the training start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (the full booking fee).
- We reserve the right to cancel training up to one month before it is due to start, in which case you'll receive a full refund of the course fee.

Our trainers are experienced practitioners who continue to work clinically alongside their training roles. They are therapists and/or social workers at Family Futures, providing direct therapeutic support to families through Family Futures therapy centre and adoption service.

Because our trainers remain in active practice, they bring current, real-world experience into the training room and stay closely attuned to the latest challenges, developments and best practice in the field.

Yes, we'd love to. Training can be delivered in person at a venue of your choice, online, or in a hybrid format, whichever works best for your team. We offer two options:

1.  Commissioned training - we deliver one of our existing courses, such as Therapeutic Life Story Work, Siblings Together or Apart, or NPP Level 1, exclusively for you and your colleagues. Complete this form to find out more.

2.  Bespoke training - we design a tailored programme around your organisation's needs. This might be an adaptation of one of our existing courses, or something entirely new, developed in collaboration with you. Complete this form to find out more.

Yes. We offer tailored consultation sessions to guide and support professionals - whether you need a single session or ongoing monthly support, our experienced multidisciplinary team can help you think through complex cases and best practice.

Our supervision sessions help professionals build skills and confidence in planning and adapting therapeutic interventions, supporting the development of professional identity, competence and evidence-based practice. We also offer Theraplay supervision.

To help embed learning from training, we can provide bespoke consultation or supervision afterwards, so new skills and practice take root within your organisation.
