I have 38 years’ experience of working with children, young people and families, specialising in trauma, difficult feelings and relationships, low self-esteem and parent-child work.

I have worked with children and young people with trauma, anxiety, low mood, difficulties with school, problems with relationships, self harm, autism, ADHD, Foetal alcohol spectrum disorder, Personality Disorders, and Developmental Trauma.

I use creative arts, body-based work, talking and play to build connection, explore feelings and support children and young people, tailoring my approach to individual needs and preferences.
