I’m an integrative child psychotherapist, though I also work with adults. I trained at The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education where I learned the magic of how play and the arts can help both adults and children to communicate their inner world. I often use painting/drawing, sandtray/small world play, and clay for when it is tricky to find words, but sometimes my work is to provide people with a safe space in which they feel comfortable to talk. Each person is unique, so I tailor each session to whatever is most helpful in the moment.
I love working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team at Family Futures, and I learn so much from everyone’s different approaches and experiences.
I have experience working with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, attachment and family issues.
