What I like most about my role is being able to support families throughout their whole journey with Family Futures, so from initial enquiry and consultation, through assessment and treatment, right through to the end of the time with us. I really enjoy making sure that this process feels as smooth and straightforward as possible for families. Part of this is to handle the costings and contracts for each of my cases and knowing that some of our families rely on this funding for support motivates me to ensure we get this funding as quickly as possible.

I also love being part of a small team where everyone genuinely cares about what they do. It makes such a difference to work alongside people who are passionate about supporting children and their families, and I’m proud to play my part behind the scenes.
