I bring over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked across reception, sales and management roles. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of day-to-day operations, administration, team management and, how to provide a high standard of service.
I’m naturally organised, enjoy solving problems (especially the ones that appear out of nowhere!) and have extensive experience working with people from all walks of life.
I’m delighted to bring this experience to my current role, where I enjoy playing my part in creating a welcoming, professional and well-run environment for our team, children and families.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring London’s museums, galleries and theatres, and spending time outdoors. I’m also a big animal lover, especially when it comes to dogs and cats, and I can never resist stopping to say hello!
At Family Futures, I’m responsible for the smooth running of our building and day-to-day office operations, as well as a range of HR matters. It’s a wonderfully varied role and no two days are ever quite the same.
What I enjoy most is being able to support our fantastic clinical team with the administration and operational side of things, so they can concentrate on the important work they do with children and families.
I also love the people side of my role. I get to speak to and work with lots of different people, both within Family Futures and externally, and I’m always learning something new. What motivates me is knowing that the work I do, even when it involves spreadsheets, paperwork or the occasional mystery office problem, helps create an environment where everyone can do their best.
I feel very lucky to be part of such a supportive, knowledgeable and friendly team.
