Having worked as a creative for many years, I went on to train as an Integrative Art Psychotherapist at The Institute for the Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE). I use an integrative, creative approach involving art, music, cooking, dancing, play and a variety of counselling techniques. I aim to create a calm, warm, caring and fun space. This allows for individual expression and helps families develop coping strategies and build resilience.Having worked with families from diverse backgrounds, to explore anxiety, attachment, trauma, abuse, self-esteem issues, bereavement and depression. I am passionate about working collaboratively with parents to support their families progress, rebuild confidence and strengthen communication.
