Having previously worked at Family Futures as an Assistant Psychologist, I now work as a Sessional Research Assistant Psychologist alongside completing my PhD.
My role involves contributing to the research studies and publications produced by Family Futures, helping to build the evidence base for Neuro-Physiological Psychotherapy (NPP) and its effectiveness in supporting families with care-experienced children. I also work therapeutically with families at Family Futures.
I have a particular interest in exploring how psychological and therapeutic tools can support parenting and improve the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people.
