About me

I am an Occupational Therapist and Sensory Integration Practitioner, and I’ve been part of the Family Futures team since 2021. Prior to this, I worked in multi-disciplinary therapeutic teams within both primary and secondary SEN schools. I have over 8 years of experience in supporting children and young people with neurodiverse conditions, mental health challenges, developmental delays and developmental trauma.

My approach combines play, movement, and sensory-integration interventions to help children develop self-regulation, motor, and functional skills, always with a focus on building confidence and creating joyful experiences.

I really value working collaboratively with the team at Family Futures to help children and their families feel safe, connected, and supported as they navigate challenges. I especially enjoy designing fun, engaging activities tailored to each family’s needs and a child’s unique interests, whether that means an outer-space obstacle course or a dinosaur-themed treasure hunt!
