In the last week we have been horrified and saddened by the far-right extremism, riots and attacks across the UK. Many of you will be feeling anxious, unsafe and distressed. Our children and young people, particularly those from the global majority, may be feeling fear and confusion at the threat of violence, seeing people being made to feel unsafe in their own communities.
Family Futures stands in solidarity with all those affected, working with communities towards a more compassionate, anti-racist society and a brighter future for children, with no place for hate and division.
We wanted to share this post from Young Minds and highlight a few resources you may find helpful:

If you feel threatened please seek advice from the police or your local authority, who will be working as part of the Local Resilience Forum
